BAKED CRAB WITH PARMESAN AND TOMATOES

Preparation Method :

  • Poach the crab, crack the shell and remove meat off the crab.
  • In a pan add olive oil. Saute finely diced leeks and celery. Now add the crab meat to the vegetables followed by tomatoes.
  • Season with parsley, mustard, thyme, salt and pepper. Finally add in the cream and wine.
  • Place the mixture in a poached crab shell, top it with grated cheese.
  • Bake till the top becomes golden brown.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Crab        
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese    
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard    
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme    
  • 1 teaspoon Salt    
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 50 grams Tomatoes, diced    
  • 25 grams Leeks, diced    
  • 15 grams Celery, diced
  • 50 grams Cream    
  • 25 grams Parsley, chopped        
  • 50 ml Wine    
  • 25 ml Cooking oil
