DRY PRAWN CHUTNEY

Makes :
A jar

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the roasted prawns with the remaining ingredients to a paste.
  • Mix in the oil and a little lime juice. Serve with rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams dried prawns, cleaned, washed, drained and roasted
  • 90 grams shredded coconut
  • 1 onion
  • Red chillies and salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
