DRY PRAWN BALLCHOW

Makes :
A jar

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil to smoking, add the prawns and fry till red.
  • Put in the rest of the above ingredients and cook till thick. Cool and bottle.

INGREDIENTS

  • 550 grams dried prawns
  • 225 grams bilimbi
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ bottle sweet oil
  • Ground Paste
  • Red chillies, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 12 green chillies
  • 2-inch piece ginger
  • 18 flakes garlic
  • Tamarind Juice
  • 100 grams tamarind, soaked in juice, puree and strained
  • 10-12 sour lime juice
