Preparation Method :
- Chop and grind the green masala.
- Grind the dry masala, to a fine paste.
- Fry onions in a deep pan until golden brown.
- Now add the ground paste and fry further till oil separates.
- Put in the chicken pieces, and fry till all the juices are absorbed.
- Add a cup of hot water, vinegar and salt and simmer for half an hour.

- 2 medium chicken
- 150 grams vinegar
- 150 ml Cooking oil
- 8 flakes of garlic
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 8 green chilies
- 1 " piece ginger
- 4 large onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon haldi
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon chilly powder
- Salt to taste
