GALINHA COM AMEIJOAS

Preparation Method :

  • Shuck the clams in shell and cook. Keep stock aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and Saute for few minutes, then add in the chopped onion and fry till it turns brown.
  • Add chicken and saute for about 5 minutes. Now add the clams and stock.
  • Finally add in the sweet corn with grated nut-meg. Simmer on slow fire for 6 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and sprinkle the chopped coriander simmer for about 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Chicken, Clean, skin and cut chicken into small pieces. Marinate with salt
  • 90 grams Onion, finely Chopped
  • 50 ml Cooking oil
  • 220 grams Sweet corn
  • 100 grams Garlic, finely Chopped

Mussels stock    

  • A pinch Grated nutmeg
  • 220 grams Mussels, (Clam), clean
  • Fresh coriander sprigs, Chopped
  • Salt to taste
