FRIED BOMBAY DUCKS

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Rub the fish with turmeric, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt.
  • Coat the fish evenly in the rice flour. Deep fry till the fish is golden. Remove and drain off the excess oil. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Fresh Bombay duck, cleaned, marinated with salt, drained and dried
  • 1½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon chilli powder
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil to deep fry
