Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and add the cumin and coriander seeds. When they crackle, add the chicken with fresh chillies, turmeric powder and salt.
- Stir in the spiced coconut milk, cook for about 5-7 minutes; add the remaining coconut milk and some salt.
- Cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until the chicken has cooked through and the sauce coats it.
- Stir in the coriander leaves and mix, remove from the heat and taste and adjust the seasonings. Serve hot.

- 1 kg Chicken, chopped into large pieces
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
- 2-4 Chopped fresh chillies
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
- Spicy Milk, (Soaked and ground)
- 6-9 Dried red chillies
- 3 tablespoon Peeled ginger
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 50 grams Cashew nuts
- 10-12 pods Peeled garlic
