- Grind the dhal and flaw rice with the boiled rice, sugar and coconut milk. Mix in the dried yeast and salt and allow it to stand in a warm place for about 2-3 hours.
- Rub the oil inside a couple of moulds and pour the batter up to half inch below the rim.
- Steam on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or till the breads are light, fluffy and cooked through.

- 75 grams urad dhal, soaked and drained
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon Dry yeast

- A pinch Salt
