Preparation Method :
- Grind it with the grated coconut and toddy to get a thick batter. Gently stir in the sugar and salt, allow it to stand in a warm place for 2-3 hours to let the mixture ferment and rise.
- Rub the oil inside a couple of moulds and pour the batter up to half inch below the rim.
- Steam on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or till the breads are light, fluffy and cooked through.
