Preparation Method :

  • Add the chopped green chillies and crushed garlic cloves to the kokum coconut milk.
  • Then add in the asafetida, sugar, salt and mix well. Keep it aside.
  • While serving, remove kokum pieces and add chopped coriander.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 pieces Dried kokum, Soak in the second extract of coconut milk for an hour        
  • A pinch Asafetida    
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander    
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 200 ml shredded Coconut (200 ml of thick extract)    
  • 4 Green chilies, chopped    
  • 6 Garlic cloves, crushed    
  • Salt to taste
