Preparation Method :
- Take rice flour and grated coconut in a large bowl with the chopped ingredients and mix together.
- Add a little water to make into a thick batter consistency and adjust seasoning.
- Add oil in a non-stick frying pan. Heat it.
- Spread the batter in a circular motion with a ladle. Cook and brown lightly on both the sides.
- Serve it with spicy red garlic chutney.

- 350 grams Rice flour
- 50 grams Coconut, grated
- 2 Green chilies, chopped
- Sugar to taste
- Few springs Coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
