ONION BHAKRI

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Take rice flour and grated coconut in a large bowl with the chopped ingredients and mix together.
  • Add a little water to make into a thick batter consistency and adjust seasoning.
  • Add oil in a non-stick frying pan. Heat it.
  • Spread the batter in a circular motion with a ladle. Cook and brown lightly on both the sides.
  • Serve it with spicy red garlic chutney.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams Onion, chopped
  • 350 grams Rice flour
  • 50 grams Coconut, grated
  • 2 Green chilies, chopped
  • Sugar to taste
  • Few springs Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
