DRY PRAWN KISHMUR

Preparation Method :

  • Heat little oil and saute the onions in a pan. Keep aside.
  • Add little oil and add in the dried prawns and stir fry. Remove from fire.
  • In a bowl mix the prawns and the onions. Now add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Adjust salt seasoning.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Dry shrimps, Clean and wash in water.
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut, Grated
  • 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind pulp
  • 2 Kokum
  • Salt to taste
