DRUM STICK SPREAD

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the drumstick pulp, milk, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, butter, pepper in a mixing bowl and mix with stock or the water used for boiling the drumsticks.
  • Whisk eggs and fold into mixture with baking powder.
  • Transfer to a baking bowl and bake in a moderate oven for about 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Refrigerate and keep cool.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grams cooked Drumstick pulp with salt, Deseeded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 tablespoons grated Cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Stock / water used for cooking the drumstick
