RICE ADAI

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the drained rice and coconut with little water to a thick coarse paste.
  • Make thick flat patties. Deep fry the patties in the oil.
  • Serve hot with mixed vegetable curry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Boiled Rice, washed, soaked and drained
  • 250 grams shredded fresh coconut
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil to deep fry
