Preparation Method :
- Coarsely grind the soaked dhal with chillies, ginger and salt. Add very little water if needed.
- Add cilantro and make flat patties shape. Adjust seasoning with salt and chillies.
- Deep fry the patties in the oil.

- 150 grams bengal gram dhal, soaked and drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 2-4 green chillies
- 1 inch ginger
- Salt, to taste
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Penaut Oil for deep frying
