Preparation Method :
- Blend the almonds in batches along with little milk into a smooth paste.
- Take a non stick pan and add ghee and add the almond paste. Cook it in low heat for about half an hour or until it turns thick and lightly golden.
- Heat the remaining milk until hot and then slowly add it to the almond paste. Stir and cook for about 3-5 minutes and then add sugar. Stir well.
- Add the cardamom powder and the saffron.
- Cook for few more minutes until well dissolved.
- Garnish with blanched almonds and serve chilled.

- 2 tablespoon ghee
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- Sugar, to taste
- Milk, as needed for consistency
- Few saffron strands
- Few blanched almonds for garnish
