Preparation Method :
- Heat a heavy pan, add ghee and the crushed spices.
- Add the sliced ingredients and fry a few minutes till onions are transparent.
- Add the vegetables, sauté.
- Pour the thin milk, bring to boil, reduce heat; simmer and cook till vegetables are tender.
- Add the thick milk and remove from flame immediately.
- Garnish with the curry leaves fried in a teaspoon of ghee.

- 400 grams Mixed Vegetables
- 2 Onions, Sliced
- 6 Green Chillies, Sliced
- 1 " Ginger, Sliced
- 3 sprigs Curry Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper
- 2 piece Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Cardamoms
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 200 ml Coconut milk, Thick Milk
- 300 ml Coconut milk, Thin Milk
