ETHAKKA UPPERI

150 Grams

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Peel the bananas. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  • Slice the bananas into the hot oil using a potato slicer.
  • Fry golden yellow, stirring in between to avoid the chips sticking together.
  • Drain well, sprinkle salt, and toss well.
