ETHAKKA APPAM

Preparation Method :

  • Peel and slice the bananas thin.
  • Prepare batter with the flour, salt, sugar and water.
  • Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  • Dip banana slices in the batter and deep fry golden brown.
  • Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 200 grams Flour  
  • 100 grams Rice flour
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 400 ml Coconut Oil
