ARI PATHIRI

Preparation Method :

  • Pour rice flour into the boiling water, stir well, and continue cooking for a minute. Remove.
  • Dump onto a hard surface and knead the hot dough till soft Roll into marble size balls.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out as thin as possible. Dust with rice flour to prevent sticking.
  • Cook on the iron griddle, two turns for each side, avoid brown spots.
  • Keep the done breads in a covered container. Before serving, brush a little coconut milk on each.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams Rice flour, roasted
  • 350 ml Boiling salted water
