Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut colocasia(arbi) into thick slices. Wash and keep in a strainer to drain.
- Heat oil. Add ajwain and fry for 1 minute.
- Add ginger and green chillies. Fry for a minute.
- Add colocasia and salt. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Cover and cook on low flame till colocasia is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Mix all ingredients of the masala together.
- Add to colocasia. Mix well.
- Cook on high heat for a minute, stirring constantly till it gets nearly dry.
- Serve hot.

- 420 grams Colocasia slices
- 1" piece ginger - grated
- 3-4 green chillies - chopped
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon caromseeds
Masala
- 5 tablespoon curd
- 1 teaspoon Buck wheat flour (singhare ka atta)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder or black pepper powder
