PEANLTT KADHI

Preparation Method :

  • Mix curd, water, salt, green chilli paste and peanut powder. Beat well.
  • Heat the fat and add in the jeera. When brown, add whole, red chilli and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add curd mixture and keep stirring till it boils.
  • Simmer for 4-5 minutes, serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams peanuts (without skin) - ground to a fine powder
  • 300 ml curd
  • 500 ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
  • 3 tablespoon ghee or Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 2-3 whole, red chilli
