Preparation Method :
- Combine flour and ghee, then add in the curd with the sesame seeds. Mix it well and knead it into dough with water.
- Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
- Make sugar syrup by heating equal amount of sugar and water in pot until one-thread consistency is reached. Add cardamom powder and saffron.
- Pinch off a portion of dough and roll it on flat surface (about ½ inch in thickness) and cut into small squares. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough.
- Heat ghee in a skillet and fry the paras in batches until pale brown in colour (medium temperature). Drain the excess oil.
- Dip all paras in sugar syrup and remove it immediately.
- Allow it cool and then store it. Serve it anytime as a snack.

- Water for dough
