Preparation Method :
- Boil milk in a pot and add corn flour. Stir it well.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and colour. Simmer it until it becomes a thick paste. (keep stirring frequently) and keep it aside.
- Prepare the sugar syrup by heating all the ingredients until the syrup is thick and sugar had been completely dissolved. Cool it.
- Remove the crust of bread and cut them diagonally or in circle/ small square shape. Shallow fry them in ghee until turns light brown in colour.
- Drain the excess oil and place it on a kitchen paper. Cool it for 5 minutes. Dip it in sugar syrup and place them on the serving plate.
- Spread the prepared milk mixture on top of it. Garnish with almond and pistachios.
- Serve it immediately or after refrigeration.
