PAKORA (VEGETABLE FRITTERS)

Preparation Method :
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl (except chaat masala) and make the batter by gently pouring water.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Take a teaspoon of batter and gently drop it in oil. Repeat it until skillet it covered.
- Fry it until golden brown in colour. Drain the excess oil. Repeat the same with remaining batter.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on top of pakoras.
- Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams Chickpea Flour/gram flour
- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 1 potato (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 10 spinach leaves (chopped)
- ½ cabbage (shredded)
- 20 cashew nuts (splits)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder to taste
- 2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Water for batter
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for frying
