MUTTON SEEKH KABAB

Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and knead the mixture well till everything gets thoroughly mixed.
  • Wrap cling film or a tight fitting lid on the bowl and refrigerate for at least two to three hours.
  •  Bring the meat mixture to room temperature and grease your fingers and palms with oil.
  • Take little portion of the meat mixture and using your palm and fingers, shape it like a sausage. You could also insert a wooden skewer into it.
  • In a preheated oven, place the kebabs over a wire rack and bake them at 200 C for 5 minutes, baste with some oil or melted butter and turn over and repeat the baking process till they turn  golden brown.
  • If using the stove top method, heat a non stick pan with a tablespoon of Cooking oil and on medium high heat, cook the seekh kebabs on each side for a few minutes till golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot with a slices of onion with lemon wedges

  • 750 grams Lamb Mince
  • 2 Medium Sized Onion minced
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
