POTATO WEDGES WITH TARRAGON DIP

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the oil and barbecue seasoning in a mixing bowl. Dip potato wedges in mixture and drain slightly.
  • Arrange wedges on a wire rack and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5 for about 20-22 minutes or until well browned and crisp.
  • The Dip: Combine and process all the ingredients in a food processor for half a minute. Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve with potato wedges.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 potatoes, medium, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 50 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue seasoning

Dip

  • 145 ml fromage frais
  • ½ lemon, juice extracted
  • 3 tablespoon dried tarragon
