PANEER ROLLS

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl except the oil. Mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into 10 -12 equal portions and shape into rolls. Flatten the sides.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non stick frying pan.
  • Add the rolls and fry on moderate heat, turning sides to brown evenly.
  • Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams paneer - crumbled
  • 120 grams suji
  • 50 grams mint (poodina) - finely chopped
  • 5 flakes garlic - crushed to a paste
  • Salt to taste
  •  ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 green chilies - finely chopped
  • ½ onion - very finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoon IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil to shallow fry
