PANEER POTATO BALLS

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and grate it.
  • Grate the Paneer.
  • Mix the potatoes and paneer with salt, green chilli, Coriander leaves, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and  rice flour.
  • Make balls out of the mixture and roll it over rusk powder.
  • Shallow fry it. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 150 grams Potato
  • 1 teaspoon Rice flour
  • 2 Green chilli,finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves,finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Salt as required
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Rusk powder, little
  • 10 tablespoon of IDHAYAM sesame Oil
