PANEER GALOUTI KEBABS

Preparation Time :

Preparation Method :

  • Mix paneer, cheese, poppy seeds, salt, red chili powder and cornflour till smooth.
  • Add the onion-spice paste to paneer mixture and shape into round tikkis.
  • Cook on both sides evenly, on a griddle, using 1 tablespoon oil. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams paneer - grated
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds(khus khus)
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour

Onion - Spice Paste (Grind All The Ingredients Without Water)

  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
  • 2 blades nutmeg (javitri)
  • Seeds of 4 green cardamoms(chhoti illaichi)
  • 4 cloves(laung)
  • 4 flakes garlic - dry roast on a tawa till golden brown
  • 1 onion - cut into slices and deep fried till brown and crisp
