CRISPY SPINACH CUTLET

30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl, add mashed potato, spinach puree, corn flour, salt, pepper and mix well to make a dough.
  • In another bowl, add sauted spinach, mashed paneer, grated cheese, red chillies, salt, onions, pudina and mix well.
  • Flatten the spinach dough and fill the paneer mixture in the centre.
  • Make the cutlet shape out of it.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan, shallow fry the cutlets till done.
  • Serve hot with sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams boiled, finely mashed potato
  • 4 tablespoon blanched spinach puree
  • 150 grams corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 grams finely chopped & sauted spinach
  • 100 grams mashed paneer
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 3 teaspoon finely chopped fresh red chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 teaspoon finely chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped pudina
  • Sesame oil for frying
