Preparation Method :
- Cook the corn and peas.
- In a Large bowl, mix the cooked peas, corn, steamed rice, oil, salt, coriander, grated chilli and maida and mix well and mash it.
- Make rolls out of it.
- Mix maida, little salt with water to make a batter.
- Dip the rolls in maida batter and coat well.
- Deep fry the rolls.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams sweet corn
- 200 grams green peas
- 200 grams steamed rice
- 100 grams maida
- Sesame Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch coriander
- 5 chillies
