KALAKAND

Preparation Method :

  • Mash paneer coarsely. Add skim milk powder and condensed milk.
  • Heat the mixture in a thick bottom kadhai.  Cook on medium heat with constant stirring till the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the Pan.
  • Remove from the heat and add cardamom. Spread onto a greased plate. Top with finely sliced pista. Cool and cut into squares.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 heaped tablespoon skim milk powder
  • 600 grams paneer
  • Seeds of 4 green cardamoms - powdered
  • 10 pistachios -sliced
