Preparation Method :
- Soak cashew nuts in water for an hour.
- Drain and grind the soaked cashew into a fine paste on a grinding stone or mixie.
- Heat a pan, add the cashew paste, sugar and cook in a medium heat.
- When the mixture becomes thick, reduce heat and stir continuously until it leaves the sides of the pan and add rose essence.
- Transfer it onto a greased marble or wooden surface.
- Immediately roll thinly (with 5 mm thickness) with a ghee greased roller pin.
- Spread silver flakes over it and cut into a desired shape but most common shape is diamond.

- 500 grams Cashew nuts
- 200 grams Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Ghee
- 4-5 drops of Rose essence
- 2-4 leaves of Silver flakes
