Quick, tasty, satisfying. Medhu Vadai is a mix of Indian spices that combined with Gram becomes a unique and special Dal snack. Another specialty Snack for your culinary success.

Cooking Time :
Preparation Method :
- Wash and soak the Urad Dal properly for a ½ hour.
- Then grind it into a fine paste. Add the Asafoetida, the Salt, the Curry Leaves and the Crushed Peppercorns to the Batter and mix very well.
- After that, heat up the Peanut Oil in a Kadai. Wet your palms and take the batter into your palms. You can now shape it into balls. With your thumb, make a hole in the centre of the balls.
- Now you can deep-fry in medium hot oil until these look golden brown and become crisp.
- For a good taste, serve hot with Sambhar and with Coconut Chutney.

- 1 teaspoon of Crushed Black Peppercorns
- ¾ teaspoon of Asafoetida
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 300 ml Peanut Oil
