Preparation Method :
- Soak the dal for 2 hours. Drain well and grind to a paste without water.
- Place the dal in a bowl and beat it with an electric hand mixer till light in color and frothy.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Make small pakoras out of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the pakoras till turns golden and crisp. Drain on paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney.

- 100 grams dry fenugreek leaves
- 50 grams broken cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 green chillies-finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Sesame Oil for frying
