EGG PAKORAS

Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the eggs and keep it aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the batter together, add enough water to get a batter of medium consistency to coat the eggs.
  • Dip eggs in the batter and deep fry on medium heat to golden brown. Remove on absorbent paper.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs - hard boiled and halved 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

Batter

  • 75 grams gram flour
  • 50 ml water 
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
