Preparation Method :
- To make the marinade, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly until tombined.
- Put the chicken wings into a shallow bowl and pour over the marinade.
- Spread the marinade all over them, then cover and leave in a cool place for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and fry the onion for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the sugar, lime juice and peanut butter, and then add the creamed coconut, a little at a time.
- Add the salt and cook over a gentle heat until smooth and thick. Set aside.
- Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place them on a rack in a baking tray.
- Cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through, basting from time to time with any remaining marinade.
- Alternatively, grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Serve with the warm dipping sauce.

- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 tablespoons clear honey
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sherry
- 4 teaspoons soft brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 garlic clove, crushed
Dipping Sauce
- 4 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons grated onion
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 10 tablespoons creamed coconut
- Pinch of salt
