GINGER CHICKEN WINGS

Preparation Method :

  • In a bowl pour in yougurt with the ginger pulp, Tabasco sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic pulp, salt, lemon juice and half the fresh coriander leaves and whip everything together.
  • Then pour the mixture over the chicken wings and stir gently to coat the chicken.
  • Heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan and fry the onions until soft.
  • Pour in the chicken wings and cook over a medium heat, stir occasionally, for at least 10 -15 minutes.
  • Add shredded ginger and coriander and serve hot.  

INGREDIENTS

  •  12 chicken wings, skinned
  • 175 ml natural low fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon crushed fresh root ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon shredded root ginger
