CHICKEN KEBABS WITH SOY AND CILANTRO

Preparation Method :

  • Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the rice and cook over medium heat until tender, 15 minutes. Drain well.
  • Mix the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, and cilantro in a small bowl. Add the chicken and coat well.
  • Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high. Thread the chicken onto skewers. Grill until tender and golden, about 10 minutes. Serve the kebabs hot with the rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams jasmine rice
  • 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, sliced
