CHICKEN CRISPIES

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the egg with the egg beater, add salt and keep aside.
  • Grind the garlic, mint leaves, green chillies together in a mixie.
  • Mix enough salt to this and put in the chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Marinate it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the kadai / pan with oil.
  • Take a chicken piece, dip into the beaten egg and bind with the powdered rusk or corn flakes.
  • Fry it in hot oil.
  • Fry all the chicken pieces by following the above method.
  • After frying the chicken pieces, keep them on a kitchen tissue to absorb the excess oil.
  • Chicken crispies can be served as an evening snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Chicken pieces   
  • 2 Green chillies               
  • 5 Garlic                             
  • 3 tablespoons Mint leaves
  • 2 Eggs                               
  • 10 tablespoons Rusk or corn flakes (powdered)
  • Salt to taste
  • 500 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil
