HOT PRAWN CURRY

The Hot Prawn Curry recipe is a very healthy dish that you can prepare everyday or even during you have a special occasion. This comes with nutritional ingredients with tomatoes, margarine, prawns, black pepper, and dessert apple. This can easily prepare for about one hour.

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the Peanut oil in a pan; add the onion and fry- gently for 3 minutes until soft and golden, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the curry powder and flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt, apple and prawns. Return to the heat and cook gently for 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes to the pan and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot, with brown rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml Peanut oil
  • 2 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 4 teaspoons flour 
  • 300 ml plain low-fat yogurt 
  • 2 small dessert apple, cored and chopped 
  • 500 grams cooked, peeled prawns 
  • 4 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped 
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, to garnish
