EGG KEEMA CURRY

If you are fond of eating appetizing chicken recipe, egg keema curry is best fitted for you and to your family. This dish is mixed with chili powder, tomatoes and other juicy elements to augment its taste. With its perfect recipe, everyone is craving for more servings.

30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the onions and masala.
  • Now fry in the mince till the water dries up. Add the tomatoes, salt and a little water and cook till meat becomes soft.
  • Beat the eggs and add in a thin stream into the curry stirring all the time.
  • Remove from heat when egg is set.
  • Serve with paratha or nan.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kilogram minced chicken meat
  • 3 onions sliced
  • 2 teaspoon chilly powder
  • ½ teaspoon haldi
  • 5 flakes of garlic
  • 100 ml oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 "piece ginger
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
