CHICKEN MASALA GRAVY

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Grind the masala ingredients to make a paste.
  • Pour sesame oil in the kadai and add Ground paste.
  • Add the chicken pieces and stir well.
  • Add the pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and add salt and add water to it and mix it well.
  • Allow it to boil and close the kadai wit the lid.
  • Once gravy done the oil start seperates, Take it out.
  • Fry the onions rings separately and dress it on top of the gravy.
  • Serve hot with rotis.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
  • 3 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dhaniya powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Pepper powder
  • 100 ml Sesame oil

For masala      

  • 3 Big onions, chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • Handful of Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Handful of Curry leaves, chopped
  • Handful of Mint leaves, chopped
  • ½ a Coconut, grated
