MOONG DAL WITH WADI

Preparation Method :
- Fry the wadi in oil on low flame turning sides, till it turns golden brown.
- Cool and break it into 3-4 pieces.
- Add measured water, salt, turmeric, ginger, tomato, fried wadi and the oil to the dal.
- Cook for 15- 20 minutes , Remove from fire immediately.
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Reduce flame.
- Fry cumin seeds till it turns golden brown. Do not burn them.
- Add in coriander powder, amchur and garam masala. Cook for 20 seconds.
- Remove from fire and add red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Mix well for 2 seconds.
- Pour over the hot cooked dal. Mix gently.

- 150 grams split green beans
- 1 wadi
- 1 tomato - cut into big pieces
- 1" piece ginger - grated
- 30 ml Cooking oil
- 3 grams/½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste

- 50 ml Cooking oil
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- Pinch of amchur powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
