Preparation Method :
- Tie the freshly set yogurt in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours.
- Pass this yogurt through a sieve to make it smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, cardamom, nutmeg, saffron, cream and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with saffron, sliced almonds and pistachios. Serve cold.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 liter yogurt (thick and fresh)
- 150 grams sugar-powdered
- ¼ teaspoon saffron-soaked in 1 tablespoon warm milk for 5 minutes
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 2 tablespoon cream
- 4-5 almonds and 4-5 pistachios - sliced
