Preparation Method :
- Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan; bring the milk to a rapid boil. Lower the flame and stir continuously until milk is reduced to three-fourth its original volume.
- Combine sugar with little water in a pan and caramelize it to a golden colour.
- Now add the thickened milk to the caramel along with cardamom powder and boil again.
- Remove from heat, cool the mixture to room temperature and add the whisked yoghurt and mix well.
- Pour into 6 small bowls or ramekins. Cover and allow it to set for about 6 hours.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.

- 1 liter whole milk
- 200 grams sugar
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 3 tablespoons whole milk yoghurt, whisked till smooth
