Preparation Method :
- Melt jaggery of boiling water and strain to remove scum.
- Stir jaggery with water over fire and thicken to a one-string consistency.
- When it is done remove from fire immediately. Add ghee and the peanuts to it.
- Mix well and while it is still hot make into balls.
INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams of Roasted peanuts
- 300 grams of Jaggery
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
