MANGO-FLAVOURED YOGHURT DESSERT

- Slice the flesh of the ripe mangoes and add them in a blender. Blend it to a smooth paste and place the pulp in a muslin cloth to drain excess moisture and make the pulp very thick.
- Take the yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- When yogurt turns light, add drained mango pulp in it and mix well until it blends together.
- Add cardamom powder and pistachios and mix well.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 800 grams plain yoghurt
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 fresh ripe mangoes
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon pistachios, sliced
