Preparation Method :
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk and sugar, and stir till the sugar is completely dissolved.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks till creamy.
- Add in the sweetened coconut milk and mix well.
- Gradually, whisk in all the flour to make a smooth batter.
- Preheat a grill; grease a 6-inch round deep baking tin with clarified butter and place under the grill.
- When the clarified butter melts, remove pan from under the grill and pour in enough batter to make a ¼ inch thick layer.
- Return to the grill and cook till the top turns golden. Remove and pour a spoonful of clarified butter over it.
- When the clarified butter melts, add some more batter and repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
- Top with clarified butter, grill again and when it melts and the surface turns dark golden, remove and set aside to cool and set.
- Loosen the sides of the dessert and unmould onto a serving plate. Garnish with slivered almonds, cut into slices and serve warm.

- 400 grams clarified butter
- Almond slivers, to garnish
